Return and Refund Policy
It’s bummed to us if our customers are not 100% satisfied with the received items, we gladly accept returns postmarked within 3 days after the date of delivery and we have made the returns so easy for you!
The return/replacement options subjected to the following conditions.
- We will replace it if the customer has received the wrong item.
- We will provide a replacement free of cost if the item shipped has a manufacturing defect.
- We will replace the item when the size does not fit. (charges paid by the customer).
- When the customer does not like/need the item.
Following points have to be kept in mind while returning the item
- The mask should be unused (no physical damage).
- It should be packed in the original packing.
- Price tags should be intact.
- Return with only the original invoice.
A user can cancel his / her order any time by following steps
- For order that has not shipped yet
Login to your profile and then simply click the cancel order button to cancel the order.
You may receive a call from our customer care for confirming the cancellation. Our representative may ask you the reason for cancellation.
- For orders that have been shipped
Wait to receive the order and then cancel the order through logging into your profile. We will be required to ship back the consignment in the original packing.
ALL refunds will be done after 72 hrs of cancellation. Through the same mode with which the original payment was done.
